- Copying, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited without express written authorization.
2. Correct Use of the Platform and Information
- The information described on the website regarding data lifecycle processes is purely descriptive, informative, and illustrative.
- The final characteristics of software architectures and contracted digital infrastructure will be detailed and formalized through private service provision contracts between ShineTechData and the client.
3. Limitation of Liability
- ShineTechData runs constant maintenance flows to ensure real-time report availability and interface content accuracy.
- We are not responsible for temporary server outages beyond our control, loss of profit derived from misuse of the public platform, or strategic business decisions executed without formal customized consulting by our technical team.
4. Jurisdiction and Agreement Modifications
- We explicitly reserve the right to update, reform, or replace any section of these legal regulations in order to adapt to tax reforms, new data protection laws, or strategic changes within the organization.
- For any legal dispute, these terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the Dominican Republic, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Santo Domingo.
- Modifications shall have immediate legal validity upon publication on the official web production environment.
